SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Florida State Sophomore Colleen Quigley did not successfully defend her Notre Dame Invitational cross country title on Friday, but she and Hannah Walker showed the way as the Seminoles won their third consecutive team title at the prestigious meet. The Seminoles won with 77 points.
The Blue Devils notched 314 points to nab a 10th-place finish at the race. Duke raduate student Juliet Bottorff earned her second individual victory of the season. Duke did not have the service of its top-three runners.
No. 15 New Mexico (82), No. 24 San Francisco (96), No. 28 BYU (187), No. 30 Princeton (201), No. 19 Notre Dame (205), Bradley (269), SMU (274) and Lamar (305) rounded out the top ten.
