LOWELL, Mass. -- Playing in her final regular season home match, Kayla Littig scored twice to lead UMass Lowell to a 4-0 shutout against American International at home on Saturday afternoon during its annual Senior Day.

Prior to the opening whistle, UMass Lowell honored its three seniors, Abby Auld, Annie Hansbury and Littig. The trio has a four-year record of 77-14 and all were starters on the 24-0 national championship team of 2010.

The River Hawks settled their regular season record at 15-3 overall and 9-1 in Northeast-10 play, earning the second-seed in the upcoming conference playoffs. The Yellow Jackets drop to 11-7 on the campaign and 6-4 in NE-10 action.

No. 2 Shippensburg 5, Seton Hill 1
GREENSBURG, Pa. -- Shippensburg head coach Bertie Landes achieved her 400th career victory on Saturday afternoon as the Raiders concluded the regular season with a 5-1 victory against PSAC Western Division opponent Seton Hill.

Shippensburg (16-2, 10-0 PSAC West) officially won its third consecutive PSAC Western Division title with the victory and concludes the 2011 regular season with an active 28-game winning streak against PSAC West opponents that dates back to Oct. 8, 2008.

Meanwhile, Landes becomes the 11th head coach in NCAA history (all divisions) to reach 400 career coaching victories and is the third coach to do so with 10 or more seasons spent at the Division II level. Her career record is 400-114-17, which makes for a winning percentage of .769.
