The game between the No. 10 Red Raiders (7-0, 4-0 Big 12 Conference) and No. 17 Sooners (6-1, 3-1) was scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. With a storm expected to move into the Norman area shortly, the teams have been kept off the field for warmups.
