The Associated Press | August 15, 2014 Washington State to dedicate Keith Jackson Hall Share PULLMAN, Wash. -- Washington State University is naming its broadcast building Keith Jackson Hall in honor of the sports broadcaster who had a 40-year career with ABC. Keith Jackson was the first play-by-play announcer on Monday Night Football and fixture on ABC's Wide World of Sports. Washington State says Jackson, a 1954 graduate of the school, is a strong supporter who has given more than $1 million to the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication and WSU athletics.
