NCAA.com | October 11, 2014 Let 'er rip Share Illinois alumnus and professional golfer Steve Stricker was allowed to tee off from the top of Wisconsin's video board Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium. Why? Well, because he's Steve Stricker. He was given three chances to land a shot in the "W" logo at midfield in front of 80,000-plus fans at halftime of the Illini-Badgers game. If Stricker completed the task, a Wisconsin fan would win a free VIP Wanamaker Club tickets to the 2015 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits. Stricker couldn't pull it off, but it created quite a buzz on social media.
