Alabama RB Jones suspended indefinitely

Alabama freshman running back Tyren Jones has been suspended indefinitely, the school announced on Tuesday.

"Tyren Jones has been suspended indefinitely for conduct not to the standard of the Alabama football program," Alabama coach Nick Saban in a statement.

Jones was the Crimson Tide's third-string running back at the tail end of last season and tallied 26 yards on three carries in the SEC Championship Game. He was also playing on special teams.

Jones was also temporarily suspended this past October.
