NCAA.com | July 14, 2015 2015 Rotary Lombardi Award watch list announced Share The 2015 Rotary Lombardi watch list was unveiled on Tuesday. The nominations are given to the best down linemen on offense or defense who line up 10 yards right or left of the ball, and linebackers no more than five yards off the line of scrimmage. Last year's winner was Arizona linebacker Scooby Wright III. He could become just the second student-athlete to receive the award twice. Former Ohio State offensive tackle Orlando Pace won the award in 1995 and 1996.
