NDSU kicker nails trick shot field goal

North Dakota State kicker Ben LeCompte showed off his trick shot skills during a Snapchat takeover Friday.

The senior kicked up a ball from the ground into the air and proceeded to slice a 30- to 35-yard field goal down the middle of the uprights with relative ease.

LeCompte's kick wasn't the only impressive trick shot of the day for the Bison.

Long snapper James Fisher snapped a ball between his legs and dinged it off a goal post, while freshman kicker Cam Pedersen completed a backwards 20-yard field goal. With his back to the goalpost, Pedersen kicked the ball up to himself, turned his body to face the goalpost and hit a sailing kick through the uprights.

North Dakota State is looking to win its fifth straight FCS title this year, and will need all the help it can get from its special teamers.
