Louisiana class

LSU and McNeese State are set to kick off the 2015 college football season Saturday at Tiger Stadium with a nod to the devastating storms that hit Louisiana 10 years ago.

This past weekend marked the 10-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the devastating Category 5 hurricane which struck Louisiana's Gulf Coast in August of 2005. Hurricane Rita hit a month later.

As LSU and McNeese State square off inside of "Death Valley" on Saturday night, they will remember those lives that were impacted or taken by the 2005 natural disasters. Both teams will sport helmet stickers to show their support for the hurricane victims:

Tua Tagovailoa and Jake Fromm lead SEC stacked with veteran quarterbacks

Despite the large amount of veteran and grad-transfer quarterbacks, Tagovailoa and Fromm are still at the top of the list in the SEC.

Here are the career home run leaders in college baseball, led by Pete "Inky" Incaviglia with 100. In three seasons, the Oklahoma St. slugger averaged almost one home run every two games. In 1985, his junior season, Incaviglia hit 48 dingers and had a slugging percentage of 1.140 — both still NCAA records.
