Inter-team competitions are always fun. But when they involve coaches, they're even better.
Oregon State put its graduate assistants to the test Wednesday, pitting offensive coaches versus defensive coaches in 1-on-1 battles, forcing the loser to do push-ups.
For many of the coaches, it was a chance to relive the glory days of college football. For others, like offensive line graduate assistant Grant Schadeberg, it was a a chance to show off his impressive quickness off the snap and route running. Schadeberg put a nice double-move on defensive line graduate assistant Dorian Smith and topped it off with a well-timed stiff arm to break the tackle and score.
