Mangum continues magic, BYU downs Boise State

Tanner Mangum is a new name for college football fans to digest, but he's about to become a household one.

Last week, with BYU starting quarterback Taysom Hill suffering a season-ending injury, Mangum heaved a last-second Hail Mary to beat Nebraska.

This week, he was at it again against Boise State. Here was the situation: The Cougars trailed Saturday night against the Broncos with under a minute to go in the fourth quarter. It was fourth-and-7, and BYU was down to its last chance.

With Mangum under center, 'down to its last chance' appears to be of no concern to BYU fans. He delivered this clutch TD pass to give the Cougars the lead:

The Cougars continue their tough September schedule against UCLA next weekend.
