Former Heisman winner Tim Tebow is still making people smile. Or in this case, making people burst into tears of joy.
The legendary Florida Gator surprised 13-year-old Nathaniel Nelson, who is suffering from cancer, at his hospital bed.

As seen in the clip, Nathaniel is a huge Florida fan, which is where Tebow won two national championships. Nathaniel’s battle with cancer in Jacksonville was documented a few weeks ago by First Coast News.
It was a very special moment shared between two very special human beings.
