Hawaii football and women's soccer compete in dance off

What's the best way to break through the end-of-the week blues? For student-athletes at the University of Hawaii, it's an impromptu after-practice dance-off.

The Rainbow Warriors football and women's soccer teams ended their practice around the same time Thursday and decided to blow off a little steam with some friendly competition.

No definitive winner was named, but I would give it to the soccer team, based on one girl's epic worm move.

So, if you're feeling a little sluggish around your office today, break out the boombox, clear some space in the conference room and challenge your boss to a dance competition.

Just don't tell him you got the idea from us.
