For student-athletes at the University of Hawaii, it's an impromptu after-practice dance-off. The Rainbow Warriors football and women's soccer teams ended their practice around the same time Thursday and decided to blow off a little steam with some friendly competition. No definitive winner was named, but I would give it to the soccer team, based on one girl's epic worm move. So, if you're feeling a little sluggish around your office today, break out the boombox, clear some space in the conference room and challenge your boss to a dance competition.
