Maryland has beaten Penn State twice in its history. Perhaps paying tribute to one of those victories will help them get a third W over the Nittany Lions.
Maryland announced on Monday that they will wear throwback uniforms inspired by the gear they wore when they beat Penn State for the first time in 1961.
