Even the biggest of rivals can put aside their differences to come together for a special cause.
And that is exactly what Michigan State and Ohio State will do to honor 5-year-old Chad Carr, the grandson of former Michigan coach Lloyd Carr. Chad has battled an inoperable brain tumor since Sept. 2014 and was placed in hospice last week.
Both the Spartans and the Buckeyes will wear helmet stickers on Saturday to support the ChadTough Foundation, which raises awareness money for pediatric brain tumors research.

All three universities have shown support for the Carr family through other small gestures like the helmet stickers and #ChadTough messages. Earlier in November, the Ohio State and Michigan basketball teams together helped decorate Chad's house with Christmas lights.
