Mizzou football releases incredible Gary Pinkel tribute video

Gary Pinkel is the most decorated coach in Missouri football history.

The 63-year-old coach has taken the program to unprecedented heights during his 15-year tenure, leading the Tigers to 118 wins, five 10-win seasons and five top-20 finishes. To put Pinkel’s success in perspective: Missouri’s last 10-win season before he took over as coach came in 1960.

Pinkel will retire from his post at the end of the season after being diagnosed with lymphoma in May. Saturday’s contest against Tennessee will mark his final home game, and then he will have one more regular season game and a possible bowl game as coach before hanging it up for good.

To thank Pinkel for all he’s done, Missouri has released a moving tribute video in his honor.
