Since being diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma on Thanksgiving day, Pittsburgh running back James Conner has received lots of support across the college football community.
And in the ACC Championship game, North Carolina wide receiver Ryan Switzer honored Conner by writing #ConnerStrong on his shoes.

Despite the most recent setback -- Conner also suffered a season-ending knee injury early in the season -- Conner said he will play football again.
