Cotton Bowl: Jones breaks defender's ankles with 57-yard return TD

Alabama fans know Cyrus Jones can return a punt better than any player. Jones showed the rest of the country with a 57-yard touchdown in the Cotton Bowl.

There was no way Spartans could stop Jones on that return with his incredible, ankle-breaking juke.

Jones definitely has a case for Cotton Bowl MVP after he caught an interception before halftime too. He is the only FBS player in last 20 years to record a punt return touchdown and an inception in a bowl game, according to ESPN Stats and Info.

Alabama shut out Michigan State 38-0 to secure a spot in the national championship against Clemson.
