Watch L.-Lafayette's bizarre wall sit workout

Anyone who’s done wall sits in an effort to improve lower body strength will agree that while they’re an effective exercise, they’re also excruciating.

But Louisiana-Lafayette strength and conditioning coach Ethan Rosenbalm took a difficult workout to a whole new level on Monday. Already holding weights on their legs, Rosenbalm walked across a group of Ragin' Cajun players’ thighs while they were completing their wall sits. The clip went viral:

If this is any indication, the Ragin Cajuns should be one of the most well-conditioned teams in college football next season.
