Battle at Bristol Trophy unveiled for Tennessee-Virginia Tech game

The "Battle at Bristol" remains one of the most anticipated college football games of the season when Tennessee and Virginia Tech square off at Bristol Motor Speedway on Sept. 10.

A potentially record-breaking crowd of 150,000 is expected to attend, and the Vols and Hokies fans received a glimpse at what the winner will take home with the unveiling of the Battle at Bristol trophy:

Bristol Motor Speedway held a design contest for the trophy and Jody Nilsen from Nashville submitted the winning design. The 2-foot trophy itself weighs more than 88 pounds and took more than 300 hours to create, according to the Knoxville News Sentinel.

Best of luck to Butch Jones or Justin Fuente picking that trophy up if his team wins.
