Marcus Mariota was one of the greatest college quarterbacks we’ve seen in recent memory, and the former Heisman winner’s legacy lives on in Eugene.
Some legends have their jersey retired. That’s an incredible gesture, but does it compare to having a sports performance center named in your honor?
On Thursday, Oregon unveiled the Marcus Mariota Sports Performance Center, and it looks amazing:

Oregon has always been ahead of the curve as it pertains to sports science, and this is another step in the right direction. Oregon football is as modern as it gets, and Mariota is a great ambassador for the program. Congratulations to Mariota, but perhaps more importantly, the players who get to use his sports performance center.
