Bristol Motor Speedway hosted its second race of the NASCAR season on Aug. 20, so construction on the speedway couldn't start until this week. The "Battle at Bristol" is already expected set a college football attendance record with the chance to shatter the previous 115,109 record set by Notre Dame and Michigan in 2013.
