We've seen some football programs have plenty of fun with preseason hype videos, such as Arizona's video inspired by "Gladiator," but it's hard to envision any school beating the attention to detail that Colgate unveiled.
The Raiders, who begin their season Friday evening in Syracuse, took advantage of the rare opportunity to play college football on a day of the week typically reserved for high school to release a nearly perfect shot-for-shot remake of the intro to the 76-episode football drama "Friday Night Lights."
Check out Colgate's video and the original intro below and try to sync them up as closely as possible to see how spot-on the Raiders' production was.

The Friday night opener for Colgate at Syracuse is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m. EDT from the Carrier Dome.
