South Carolina's Dowdle makes TD grab off of DB deflection

In a matter of seconds, Missouri linebacker Eric Beisel went from recording a key pass breakup in the end zone to allowing a highlight-reel touchdown to South Carolina running back Rico Dowdle on Saturday.

Dowdle raced down the right sideline, drawing linebacker coverage, but Beisel did a nice job in keeping pace with the speedy freshman back. But with Beisel's back turned toward the ball, Jake Bentley's deep pass bounced off the linebacker's left shoulder pad and into the arms of Dowdle for six points.

That's a tough break for Beisel and the Tigers defense but some excellent concentration from Dowdle. The touchdown gave the Gamecocks an early 14-7 lead.
