Jordan Spieth picks College Football Playoff champion with his putter
PGA Tour professional Jordan Spieth is a noted fan of college athletics. A former golfer at Texas, Spieth is an avid Longhorns football fan.
Texas won’t be vying for the national championship this season, but as a fan of the sport at large, the professional golfer made his College Football Playoff picks in true Spieth fashion: he used his putter. Take a look:
Spieth putted Alabama, Washington, Clemson and Ohio State golf balls to make his choice. He has the Crimson Tide and the Buckeyes advancing in the semifinal games, with Alabama winning the title to clinch its second championship in a row.
We’ll see if Spieth’s predictions come to fruition.
