Michigan fans name son after Jim Harbaugh

Jim Harbaugh is perhaps the most polarizing coach in college football, but make no mistake: his fans adore him.

One couple went the extra mile. On Sept. 1, 2016, Gregg and Lani Fettig named their son after the Michigan head coach – and they didn’t just go with “Jim.” The baby’s name: Harbaugh Lee Fettig.

Coach Harbaugh caught wind of this on Tuesday, and tweeted out the following:

One thing that’s fairly clear: Harbaugh won’t grow up to be an Ohio State fan. The Wolverines are coming off of back-to-back 10-win seasons.
