Host St. Edward's claims West/South Central Regional title

AUSTIN, Texas -- Host St. Edward's claimed the West/South Central Region championship with a three-day score of 14-over. With the win, St. Edward's will advance to the NCAA national championship in Allendale, Michigan, May 19-23.

DII SUPER REGIONALS
Runner-up Chico State will also advance to the championship. The Wildcats shot 30-over to tie with Hawaii-Hilo for second place.

St. Edward's was led by Brian Smith who was three-over on the final round.

Midwestern State's Derek Oland won the individual title with a three-day total of 212.
