Wisconsin's Cameron Hughes claimed the top play of the day -- and the weekend -- in college hockey with a between-the-legs goal that he somehow maneuvered past Boston College goalie Joe Woll in the second period of Sunday afternoon's matinee matchup.
Hughes was delivered a nice backhand pass from Grant Besse that set him up 1-on-1 with the goalie in the crease as an Eagles defender was late in coming in from the side. The junior then put the puck between his legs and perfectly placed the tough angle shot past Woll in the upper lefthand corner of the net for his first goal of the season.
Take a closer look at the impressive finish from a couple of different angles:

Hughes was drafted by the Boston Bruins for a reason. Those stick skills are definitely NHL-level.
