Wheaton (Ill.) defeats Thomas More

Men's Soccer, Division III, Wheaton

WHEATON, Ill. -- Wheaton (Ill.) defeated Thomas More 2-1 on Friday in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

Wheaton will advance to play the winner of the Friday night's matchup between Kenyon and Ohio Northern. Wheaton outshot the Saints 21-3 in the match.

Adam Blackman scored both goals for the Thunder.

Kyle Troutman netted the goal for Thomas More off a penalty kick.
