Perryman's perfect game propels Tritons to 8-0 regional win

ST. LOUIS -- Missouri-St. Louis sophomore Hannah Perryman threw her first collegiate perfect game, helping her team to an 8-0 victory against Ohio Dominican on Saturday in the NCAA Midwest Regional 1, hosted by the Tritons.

The victory puts UMSL in the sub-regional final Sunday against an opponent to be determined.

Perryman fanned 14, while offensively, her teammates delivered 14 hits, including three each from juniors Jena Boudreau and Brianna Butler and sophomore Katie Schutlz.
