Dayton's Katie Ryan went the extra mile Friday with an incredible leap over Mercer's catcher in the top of the fourth to score.
As Ryan rounded third following a double from Kailee Budicin, the catcher received the throw home and looked for the easy tag out. Ryan improvised as she neared home plate, opting to channel her innter Flyer and hurdle the only thing standing in her way of the score.
