Coleman got the scoring started in the second on a two-run blast to center, her fourth homer of the season.
The Blazers punched back in the third, plating their only run of the night on a fielder's choice.
The fourth inning saw OU score a pair via a hit by pitch to Alo and catcher's interference on a Lyons' at-bat.
