NORMAN β No. 1 Oklahoma (31-0, 3-0) run-ruled UAB 11-1 in five innings Friday night at Marita Hynes Field for the team's 26th mercy-rule victory in 31 games.
Senior Grace Lyons was the star yet again, hitting a walk-off home run in run-rule fashion for the second consecutive game.
Lyons, redshirt senior Jocelyn Alo and Sophomore Jayda Coleman each hit one home run on the evening to power the Sooners past the Blazers (20-12, 8-1 CUSA).

Freshman Jordy Bahl collected her 14th win of the season in the circle, going four innings, striking out three and allowing one run on three hits and one walk. Sophomore Nicole May finished the job, entering in the fifth and final inning and stranding one.
Coleman got the scoring started in the second on a two-run blast to center, her fourth homer of the season.
The Blazers punched back in the third, plating their only run of the night on a fielder's choice.
The fourth inning saw OU score a pair via a hit by pitch to Alo and catcher's interference on a Lyons' at-bat.
In the bottom of the fifth, junior Rylie Boone brought in a pair on a single through the left side prior to Lyons walking the game off in run-rule fashion via her third career grand slam. It was the shortstop's fourth home run in OU's last two games.

Additionally, the homer was Lyons' second consecutive walk-off home run after blasting a two-run shot on Tuesday to beat Wichita State via mercy rule. The senior has walk-off hits in three of OU's last four games (WO double, 3/26 vs. Baylor).
Lyons led the Sooners with a 2-for-3, five RBI night while Alo went 1-for-2 with two RBI and a walk. Coleman finished 1-for-1 with two RBI, two runs scored and one walk. Boone also had an impressive performance at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored.
OU meets UAB for the second game of the two-game set on Saturday at 1 p.m. CT.
