On Tuesday, Colorado Mesa's top diver and favorite to win the 1-meter at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championship Meet, Amanda Jennings, got hurt at practice and had to withdraw from the competition.
California Baptist divers, Lauren Skinner and Breanne Schlenger, decided together that whoever won the event, they would give their gold medal to Jennings and Skinner kept her word.
