COLUMBUS, Ohio -- No. 2 Ohio State (20-2, 3-0 Big Ten) defeated No. 21 Indiana (13-4) 6-1 on Sunday. With the victory, the Buckeyes extended their conference win streak to 82 matches.

Chase Buchanan picked up the match-winning fourth point after a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 1 singles against Isade Juneau.
The Buckeyes improved to 12-2 vs. teams ranked in the ITA top 30, and 2-0 against the Hoosiers.
The Scarlet and Gray earned their 21st doubles point out of 22 chances with victories on courts one and three.

Peter Kobelt and Connor Smith defeated Will Kendall and Stephen Vogl 8-3 at No. 3 doubles to give the Buckeyes an early advantage in doubles action.

Top-ranked Buchanan and Blaz Rola won their 23rd doubles match with an 8-6 triumph on court one against Jeremy Langer and Juneau at No. 1 doubles.

In other doubles competition, Devin McCarthy and Ille Van Engelen downed Josh MacTaggart and Alastair Barnes 8-6 on court two.

McCarthy added to the Buckeye lead with a 6-1, 6-1 triumph at No. 5 singles. The Hoosiers split the lead in half to 2-1 after Vogl downed Van Engelen 6-2, 6-3 on court four.

Kobelt made it 3-1 with a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 3 singles vs. Langer. Buchanan would follow with the fourth point to seal the Buckeye win.

Other singles results included Rola picking up a 6-1, 6-2 win vs. MacTaggart at No. 2 singles and Smith earning a 6-2, 6-4 win against Kendall on court six.
