Drury stays unbeaten with win against Columbus State

COLUMBUS, Ga. -- The 27th-ranked Drury Panthers posted an impressive 6-3 victory against a top-10 opponent in ninth-ranked Columbus State on Tuesday.

Drury improved to 10-0 and Columbus State falls to 9-3.

DU doubles jumped out to a 2-1 lead with Andy Blair and Sergio Manzanas winning 9-7 at No. 1 and Lukas Kriem and Maximillian Hepp taking down Derrick Taylor and Michael Trebuhov 8-5. Columbus State won 8-5 at No. 3 doubles.

DU singles winners in today's big win were Andy Blair at No. 1 by scores of 6-4, 7-5, Jakub Sipos at No. 3 by scores of 6-4, 2-6, 7-5, Lukas Kriem at No. 4 singles 0-6, 7-6,6-2 and Jorge Nadal at No. 6 by scores of 1-6, 7-6, 11-9.
