DENVER -- Colorado College, in its final weekend of the 2013 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference schedule, earned a 25-16, 25-19, 25-13 victory at Johnson & Wales on Friday night.
It marked the twentieth time this season the seventh-ranked Tigers prevailed in three sets.
Sophomore middle blocker Lauren Hahn and freshman outside hitter Abbe Holtze finished with a team-high nine kills. Sophomore outside hitter Emily Phillips hit .400 with eight kills on 15 swings with only two errors.
Phillips led the Colorado College defense with a match-high 11 digs, while freshman middle blocker Keli Sherwood and Hahn each had a hand in four blocked shots.
The Wildcats hit just .096 as team and became the 15th opponent to hit below .100 against CC this season.
Lizzie Michalski paced the JWU attack with 10 kills, while Kelley McLain added seven more.
