No. 7 Missouri and No. 21 Colorado State are still going strong with perfect records this season. With a nation-best 23 wins, Missouri hits the road this weekend for tough matches at LSU and Texas A&M. LSU was picked to win the Southeastern Conference in the preseason poll done by the coaches. Senior setter Molly Kreklow was named the SEC Player of the Week for the second time this season and has guided a Tiger offense that has hit better than .300 in 20 of 23 matches this year.
Colorado State improved to 18-0 with a sweep of Fresno State Thursday night. The Rams and Stanford are the only two teams in the country to rank in the top 10 in kills, hitting percentage and blocks.

Michigan madness
A Jenison Field House (home to Michigan State)-record crowd of 6,183 fans watched an epic four-set battle between archrivals Michigan State and Michigan on Wednesday night, and were treated to a match that featured 47 tie scores and 27 lead changes as the No. 17 Wolverines took a 3-1 decision. No. 10 MSU dropped its third consecutive match. The attendance was the largest home volleyball crowd at Jenison Field House in MSU volleyball history. Only one MSU home match had a larger attendance, and that came in November 2010 at the Breslin Center (6,824). That match was also against Michigan.
On, Wisconsin!
For the first time in program history, No. 11 Wisconsin recorded back-to-back wins against top-10 opponents with a 18-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-20 win against No. 7 Minnesota in the UW Field House on Wednesday night. The Badgers also downed No. 5 Michigan State last Sunday at home.
Harvard streaking
Winners of four in a row, Harvard will look to extend its streak to five when it travels to Dartmouth at 7 p.m. ET Friday. A victory would match the program's longest win streak since 2008, when the Crimson reeled off six in a row.
500 for Fairfield
Fairfield recorded its 500th program victory last Sunday at Siena. Since becoming a varsity program in 1985, Fairfield is 500-409 overall.
