BISMARCK, N.D. -- No. 1 St. Cloud State (13-0, 2-0 NSIC) completed a perfect road trip on Sunday with a 28-12 win at the University of Mary.

SCSU opened the meet with a 14-2 major decision victory at 125 pounds by Eric Forde against Mary's Hunter Menendez. SCSU's Zach Stewart added to the Huskies' win total at 133 pounds with an 18-3 technical fall against Mary's Kyle Larson.

Josh Howk charted a pin for the Huskies at 149 pounds with a fall at 4:12 vs. Mary's Tanner Beaman before SCSU pushed its lead to 18-6 with a 4-3 decision by Dan Dick against Taylor Nagel at 165 pounds.

Tad Merritt, the No. 1-ranked wrestler in the nation at 165 pounds, continued to dominate this season with a 4:51 pinfall against John Devito. The victory pushed SCSU's lead to 24-6. 

At 197 pounds, St. Cloud State sealed the team victory with a 10-1 major decision from Lucas Munkelwitz against Kriss McCleary.

Mary's wins came at 141, 157, 184 and heavyweight. None of the four was worth bonus points.
