Wrestlers reflect on Madison Square Garden

The 2016 DI Wrestling championship will be remembered as one for the ages. Penn State won its fifth title in the last six years and North Carolina State’s Nick Gwiazdowski had his 88 straight collegiate matches winning streak snapped by Ohio State’s Kyle Snyder.

Before the event, the nation’s top wrestlers were asked what they think about Madison Square Garden and New York City.

The answers might surprise you.

College wrestling: No. 4 Ohio State takes down No. 8 Wisconsin on the road in top-10 tilt

Ohio State took down Wisconsin in a top-10 battle. Luke Pletcher reached 99 career wins and Kollin Moore’s 21-3 win over Peter Christensen sealed the dual win, and represented the 100th win of his career.
