When will tickets go on sale for NCAA Championship and pre-determined sites?

When will I be able to apply for tickets to the 2021 NCAA Men's Final Four in Indianapolis?

The 2021 NCAA Men's Final Four application process opened on August 3, 2020. Fans can apply for up to 4 tickets by visiting https://am.ticketmaster.com/ncaa/MFF21APPLICATION#/. The deadline to order is August 31, 2020. All applicants will be notified in the future. 

Will there be health & safety guidelines in place at the event? 

NCAA Championships will operate in accordance with state, local and CDC guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, recommendations regarding face masks, physical distancing, and temperature checks. 

Does a child require a ticket? 

For Men's and Women's Final Four, every person regardless of age requires a ticket. For all other championships, a child 2 years of age and older will require a ticket for entry. 

How do I purchase ADA tickets to NCAA championships? 

All championship tickets can be purchased at www.ncaa.com/tickets. Once you select your championship, look for an accessible icon above the map or click "more details". If you do not see either option, ADA seats are sold out for that specific event. For Men's and Women's Final Four

I already purchased tickets for an NCAA championship, how do I exchange them for ADA tickets?

In the event a championship is canceled, all tickets purchased through the NCAA will be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation.

NCAA Championship Mobile Ticketing FAQ

What is Mobile Ticketing?

NCAA have adopted mobile entry to allow ticket holders to conveniently utilize mobile ticketing at select NCAA Championship events.  That means you won’t need a paper ticket to enter the building anymore.  Instead, you can use your smartphone to access your tickets and get them scanned at the gate and you’re in.

Can I still print my tickets from home?

No, the PDF printing has been replaced by mobile ticketing.  This is to prevent fraud and counterfeit problems.  We are hopeful that this change will reduce the prevalence of counterfeit tickets in circulation and lead to a better game day experience for all ticket holders.

What are the benefits of mobile entry?

Mobile ticketing is the safest and most convenient and flexible way to manage your tickets. Mobile tickets provide:

  • Quick and easy entry to the venue using your smartphone.
  • The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time.
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen or forgotten tickets.
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper.

What if I need help on game day? Broken Device? Battery Issues?

If you need any help on game day with ticketing issue, please visit the venue box office for assistance.  Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter through the gate?

No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted.  A mobile ticket must be provided on your mobile device or within your phone’s digital wallet to gain entry.

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I am ready to enter?

If your guest is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately. With seat transfers, you no longer have to worry about delivering the paper ticket to them in advance or meet to walk in together.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, you are able to swipe through your available tickets at the venue if the entire party is present.  However, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual tickets by transferring them digitally.

What If I transfer tickets to the wrong email address, can I recall the tickets?

Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as the recipient has not already accepted them, you can cancel a transfer and resend to the preferred email address.  Once the recipient accepts the tickets, the original barcodes are voided.
