Tickets for the Men’s Frozen Four are initially sold through a Priority Ticket Holder Process to previous Frozen Four ticket purchasers. Previous ticket purchasers accrue priority points based on the number of Frozen Fours to which he/she purchased tickets, in his/her name, between 1997 (Milwaukee) and 2019 (Buffalo). Access to tickets is based on a customer’s email address.
Ticket purchasers are awarded one priority point for each year tickets are purchased. For instance, if tickets were purchased for 2003 (Buffalo) and 2007 (St. Louis), the individual’s priority number would be 2 out of a possible 23. Priority points do not have to be earned in consecutive years and earned points are not lost if tickets are not purchased in any given year. Based on the individual’s number of priority points, he/she is invited to purchase tickets on a designated date and time.
The below table outlines the Priority Ticket Holder Process as Priority Ticket Holders will be grouped to determine their respective purchase date. Priority points will still be earned each year through purchasing Frozen Four tickets as outlined above.
|Priority Points||Group||Attendance||Purchase Date (10 a.m. ET)|
|23||A||Perfect Attendance (since 1997)||Monday, October 7|
|20-22||B||20+ years||Thursday, October 10|
|16-19||C||16-19 years||Monday, October 14|
|11-15||D||11-15 years||Thursday, October 17|
|6-10||E||6-10 years||Monday, October 21|
|2-5||F||2-5 years||Thursday, October 24|
|1||G||1 year||Monday, October 28|
Priority ticket holders had the opportunity to purchase tickets and select their own seat locations, based on availability. Ticket orders were accepted until Friday, November 1, or until the available inventory was sold out, whichever occurred first.
If you are a Priority Ticket Holder and need assistance with your ticket order and/or if your mailing address should change before January 1, 2020, please contact NCAA customer service at 866-208-0048.
Upon the conclusion of the Priority Ticket Holder Process, Frozen Four tickets (subject to availability) were made available through a limited presale, beginning Tuesday, November 12 at 10 a.m. ET. Following the limited presale, Frozen Four tickets (subject to availability) were made available to the general public, beginning Tuesday, November 19 at 10 a.m. ET.
